just before the end of the year we traded in our Traverse and Bought a Equinox from Gary . He was very nice to work with , He went out of his way to make sure everything was great . He said what he could do and did what he said , sometimes you don't get that out of a sales team with other Co . Parsons always does good by us . we have been going to them for years with service , sales and Body shop work

Traded in my old GM pickup for a newer used one. During the test drive, the ABS light came on. They ordered the parts, gave me a loaner vehicle to drive while they replaced the wheel bearing assembly. They covered all the costs, maintaining their integrity. They also have an in house body shop.
Mom was having problems with the air pressure in her tires. Jeff Scheilke was able to remove most of the summer air and fill the tires with winter air. What a guy!!
