He was always accessible and responsive throughout the process of ordering a vehicle. When the truck came in, Matt was awesome at explaining all the wonderful, new-fangled gizmos on the thing. After those pleasant interactions, we were not impressed with the high-pressure sales tactics regarding undercarriage rustproofing and extended warranties. We suppose that’s the guy’s job, though. And, overall, this is an awesome dealership.
