Verizon ( Team wireless) of Antigo Wisconsin is worthless for a cell phone provider they will damn sure sell you products , promotions and take your money ! but if you have any issues they cannot or are not willing to help in any way . Time to look for a new carrier just spent over $895 in March on a new phone , phone case & screen protector you would think they would back those products especially if you pay for the insurance to cover product you bought in there store without the customer having to send it to an outside agency.( also very unprofessional manager)
Kaitie was awesome and very helpful! We came in for help last night 5 minutes before closing and she was very friendly and pleasant and solved our problem!

If I could rate the customer service I have received time and time again from this location, zero stars, then I would rate it a giant 0 stars.... the people that represent verizon wireless at this location seem to lack any concept of good friendly customer service, or basic skills to to the jobs they are paid to do. The company needs to put these degenerates through a serious re-training session, don't go in to this place people, if u have ANY issues with you devices or services don't hesitate to call the well trained, professional phone reps, and use the official verizon website to take care of settings and billing and anything else.
